We're confident that our "Sweet Potato Pie Spice" will take you on a delectable taste journey that you won't soon forget! Just a whiff of our blend will evoke feelings of nostalgia and thoughts of expectations. Our goal was to develop a spice that taste like sweet potato pies, and not just the spices that go in them.
Our recipe was created by Yvette Kendall, a Home Chef, SciFi Author, and Sweet Potato Pie enthusiast! Kendall is well-known for her pies and other authentic dishes, and now she wants to share her gifts with the world through this proprietary blend.

Kendall was recently interviewed about why she made this product, and this was her response:
"For several years, I've noticed that restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, commercials, and even candles have been inundating us with one thing in particular; and that's "Pumpkin Pie Spice"! It's been pumpkin pie spice this, and pumpkin pie spice that everywhere you look. To be honest, I began to feel some-kinda-way about the trend for many reasons.
Then one day I asked a friend, "When did pumpkin pie become the standard pie for all Americans?" Speaking for my community and others who look like me, we grew up eating Sweet Potato Pie in our homes. So that's when I asked myself, "Why isn't there a sweet potato pie spice?" Soon after that, I went to work scouring the spice shops, the outdoor food markets and exotic spice vendors until I found the perfect mix of aromatic aromas and tastes.
I knew that I had something very special when I was done! The slogan that rolled around in my head, as the sweet spices rolled around in my mouth was revelating to say the least. Now, I invite you and the whole world to say this phrase along with me.
"It's important to represent the culture that makes everything taste so good!"
